根据广东省人社厅发布的《关于调整我省企业职工最低gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">工资标准的通知》,深圳市最低gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">工资标准:2200元/月。

根据《中华人民共和国laodongfa/" target="_blank">laodongfa/" target="_blank">laodongfa/" target="_blank">laodongfa/" target="_blank">laodongfa/" target="_blank">laodongfa/" target="_blank">laodongfa/" target="_blank">laodongfa/" target="_blank">laodongfa/" target="_blank">laodongfa/" target="_blank">laodongfa/" target="_blank">laodongfa/" target="_blank">laodongfa/" target="_blank">劳动法》和《最低gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">工资规定》,结合我省经济社会发展水平,省政府决定对全省企业职工最低gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">工资标准进行调整。现将有关事项通知如下:
1、对我省企业职工最低gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">工资标准和非全日制职工小时最低gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">工资标准进行调整,具体标准附后。有条件的地市可在此基础上适当上调,并报省人力资源社会保障厅备案。
2、各地级以上市政府应及时向社会公布本地区最低gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">工资标准,严格执行最低gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">工资保障制度,并加大最低gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">工资标准的宣传力度,加强监督检查,切实保障职工的合法权益。
二、gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">工资低于最低gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">工资怎么补偿
《laodongfa/" target="_blank">laodongfa/" target="_blank">laodongfa/" target="_blank">laodongfa/" target="_blank">laodongfa/" target="_blank">laodongfa/" target="_blank">laodongfa/" target="_blank">laodongfa/" target="_blank">laodongfa/" target="_blank">laodongfa/" target="_blank">laodongfa/" target="_blank">laodongfa/" target="_blank">laodongfa/" target="_blank">劳动法》第九十一条规定,用人单位有下列侵害劳动者合法权益情形之一的,由劳动行政部门责令支付劳动者的gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">工资报酬、经济补偿,并可以责令支付peichang/" target="_blank">peichang/" target="_blank">peichang/" target="_blank">peichang/" target="_blank">peichang/" target="_blank">赔偿金:
(一)克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">工资的;
(二)拒不支付劳动者延长工作时间gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">工资报酬的;
(三)低于当地最低gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">工资标准支付劳动者gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">工资的;
(四)解除laodonghetong/" target="_blank">laodonghetong/" target="_blank">laodonghetong/" target="_blank">laodonghetong/" target="_blank">laodonghetong/" target="_blank">laodonghetong/" target="_blank">laodonghetong/" target="_blank">劳动hetong/" target="_blank">hetong/" target="_blank">hetong/" target="_blank">hetong/" target="_blank">hetong/" target="_blank">合同后,未依照本法规定给予劳动者经济补偿的。
《最低gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">工资规定》第十三条明确规定,用人单位违反本规定第十一条规定的,由劳动保障行政部门责令其限期改正;违反本规定第十二条规定的,由劳动保障行政部门责令其限期补发所欠劳动者gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">工资,并可责令其按所欠gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">工资的1至5倍支付劳动者peichang/" target="_blank">peichang/" target="_blank">peichang/" target="_blank">peichang/" target="_blank">peichang/" target="_blank">赔偿金。
