一、新出台相关规定

2016年6月,人社部就《企业年金规定》公开征求意见。规定征求意见稿下调了企业年金缴费的上限,由本企业上年度职工gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">工资总额的“十二分之一”调整为“8%”,将企业和职工个人缴费之和的上限由本企业上年度职工gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">gongzi/" target="_blank">工资总额的“六分之一”调整为“12%”;对企业缴费的分配差距做了限定,对国有及国有控股企业作出不超过5倍的规定。

三、医疗保险

各省(区、市)个人和gongsi/" target="_blank">gongsi/" target="_blank">gongsi/" target="_blank">gongsi/" target="_blank">gongsi/" target="_blank">gongsi/" target="_blank">gongsi/" target="_blank">gongsi/" target="_blank">gongsi/" target="_blank">公司缴纳比例存在差异,下面仅以北京为例:

个人和gongsi/" target="_blank">gongsi/" target="_blank">gongsi/" target="_blank">gongsi/" target="_blank">gongsi/" target="_blank">gongsi/" target="_blank">gongsi/" target="_blank">gongsi/" target="_blank">gongsi/" target="_blank">公司缴纳比例分别为2%和10%,在北京地区上保的职工都会领到一个北京银行的存折,个人缴纳的这2%的部分可以随时取出来,如果不取就只能按照活期利率计息。

以职工月薪10000元为例,每月要缴纳的失业保险为:

个人:10000乘2%=200元

所享医疗保险

门诊看病的保险起点为1800元,一年费用1800元以下不予报销,超过1800元的部分可以报销,不同级别的医院报销比例不同,其中社区医院报销90%,其它医院报销70%。

住院费用报销起点为1300元,年费用超过1300元的部分且每次住院金额达到650元才能报销,根据金额和医院的不同,报销比例也有差别,在85%-97%之间。

只交医疗保险最多可报销10万元,如果再缴3元的大病统筹险,则最多可以报销30万元。

男缴满25年、女缴满20年,在tuixiu/" target="_blank">tuixiu/" target="_blank">tuixiu/" target="_blank">tuixiu/" target="_blank">tuixiu/" target="_blank">tuixiu/" target="_blank">tuixiu/" target="_blank">tuixiu/" target="_blank">tuixiu/" target="_blank">tuixiu/" target="_blank">tuixiu/" target="_blank">tuixiu/" target="_blank">tuixiu/" target="_blank">退休之后可以继续享受医疗报销。

四、失业保险

以职工月薪10000元为例,每月要缴纳的失业保险为:

个人:10000乘0.2%=20元

六、生育保险

生育保险个人不用缴,gongsi/" target="_blank">gongsi/" target="_blank">gongsi/" target="_blank">gongsi/" target="_blank">gongsi/" target="_blank">gongsi/" target="_blank">gongsi/" target="_blank">gongsi/" target="_blank">gongsi/" target="_blank">公司缴纳比例为0.8%,无论男女都需要缴,缴满1年即可享受生育待遇,但男女职工享受的福利有所差异。

女职工:
